This is a perfect place for you to enjoy the natural resources that it offers you in a healthy and fun way.
Land activities:
- Bonito River Trail: It is a trail that starts in New Zealand and leads to the Bonito River Operations Center. Suitable to enjoy the pools of the Bonito River, and enjoy an innumerable number of birds from riverside ecosystems. In the dry season you can travel by vehicle to the operational center and during the rainy season you have to be careful with the river currents.
- Sendero del Tajo: Suitable for enjoying the lowland forest, enjoying the presence of species of mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, as well as observing a diversity of flora characteristic of these forests. This trail leads to the El Bonito Operational Center.
- Sendero La Ceiba: This trail leads to the symbolic Ceiba tree, located in the middle of the forest, it is a large tree. Whoever visits the park could not miss the opportunity to observe one of the largest trees in Costa Rica.
- Path to San Josecito Beach: It is a path that runs through part of the Lowland Forest and allows you to enjoy the San Josecito Beach, suitable for swimming, and enjoy with the family.
- Sardinal Waterfall Trail: Another place that gives way to the enjoyment of water resources. In this case you can take advantage of the warm waters of the waterfall.
Marine activities:
- Free diving (snorkeling), kayaking, paddle and swimming
- Bird, dolphin and whale watching.
Fares:
- Nationals and residents ¢ 800 + VAT
- Non-resident foreigners $10 dollars + VAT
- Children under 11 years old and the elderly do not pay.
