• The indicated rate is per person and is the same for children or adults.
• Children can participate in all tours.
• Infants under 4 years old do not pay (however they cannot do the canopy tour).
• Children are considered, between 4 and 12 years of age.
• When you walk through the hanging bridges, the driver and the guide will be able to accompany you without any burden.
• On the butterfly tour, the guide will be able to accompany you at no charge.
• For all reservations, the following information will be requested: full name, number of people, date and information of the person requesting the reservation.
• Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the tour will be refunded 100%
• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour will be refunded 50%
• Same day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
